WORK STEPS UP A GEAR AT MILANELLO

The squad were in work at Milanello this morning for their penultimate training session of the season in preparation for the final league fixture, which sees AC Milan take on Salernitana at San Siro on Saturday 25 May at 20:45 CEST.

A muscle activation routine in the gym started things off before going out onto the grass to finish the warm-up off with some rondos. The session continued with a series of technical drills focused on ball possession and finishing before ending with the usual training game on a reduced-sized pitch.
