MILANELLO: TECHNIQUE AND POSSESSION

The team met up at Milanello for breakfast before heading to the locker rooms for a training session to prepare for the Derby, scheduled for Sunday 22 September at 20:45 at San Siro. 

REPORT
The group headed straight to the pitch for muscle activation exercises, which proceeded some rondos. During the training session, the players involved took part in some possession-based exercises, followed by a series of technical exercises focused on finishing. The session ended with a training match on a smaller pitch.
