AEROBIC AND TECHNICAL WORK AT MILANELLO

Having been granted a day off by the Coach yesterday, the Rossoneri returned to training this morning at Milanello after meeting up for breakfast. 

REPORT
The team headed outside, warmed up and then completed a few technical drills with the aid of mannequins and low obstacles. It was then time for aerobic work down the touchline. The session continued with possession exercises and a series of 2v3 match-ups, after which a practice match on a small pitch brought the day's events to an end. 

WEDNESDAY 25 SEPTEMBER
The Rossoneri will hold a morning session tomorrow.
