ATTACKING AND DEFENDING AT MILANELLO

The Rossoneri gathered at Milanello this morning for their penultimate session ahead of their next league fixture, which will see them face Fiorentina in Florence at 20:45 CEST on Sunday 6 October.

REPORT
The team started off by activating their muscles with the aid of low obstacles, with themed rondos finishing today’s warm-up off. The session continued with athletic work and technical exercises with a focus on speed, after which the group performed a series of attacking/defending drills. It was then time to move on to tactics, before a practice match on a small pitch brought things to an end.

SATURDAY 5 OCTOBER
Tomorrow, a morning session is scheduled. The Coach will hold his pre-match press conference at 14:00 CEST, with his words set to be broadcast live on Milan TV and the AC Milan Official App. The team will depart for Florence in the afternoon.
