ROSSONERI IN TRAINING ON THE EVE OF CLUB BRUGGE MATCH

The Champions League is back at San Siro, and the Rossoneri's objective is to come away with a first win to get back on track in their quest to qualify for the knockouts. AC Milan v Club Brugge is on the horizon and at Milanello, we tied up any loose ends in training, streamed live on the AC Milan Official App and Milan TV.  

THE REPORT
The Rossoneri were on the pitch at 11:30 CEST after the video session and immediately got down to work with a muscular activation workout, performed with the help of low hurdles, followed by a series of squats. Then it was time for tactics, which occupied the last part of the training session.

Training at Milanello from the morning with departure for the stadium scheduled for 16:30 CEST.
