After the trip to Palazzolo, Milan Futuro are back in action almost immediately for their first midweek fixture of the 2026/27 season. The Rossoneri host Brusaporto on Matchday 3 of Serie D Group B, with kick-off set for Wednesday 16 September at 18:00 at the Stadio Chinetti in Solbiate Arno. With another test arriving just days after their last outing, here is our Match Preview.
MILAN FUTURO
Mister Navarro's side have little time to dwell on their first league defeat of the season as they prepare for a second game in the space of a few days. At Palazzolo, two first-half goals proved decisive in a 2-0 loss, but the Rossoneri responded after the break, creating chances and applying greater pressure as the substitutes made an impact. That second-half display will be the starting point against Brusaporto, in the middle of a busy week that will conclude with Sunday'Ts trip to Villa Valle. Back on home soil, Milan Futuro will be looking to produce a response and return to winning ways.
BRUSAPORTO
Brusaporto have taken three points from their opening two league matches. A 2-0 defeat away to Leon on the opening day was followed by a 2-1 home victory over Tritium, with Ceschini and D'Antoni on the scoresheet. Abbate is in charge this season after his recent spell with Südtirol's Primavera side, having previously coached Piacenza and Pergolettese in Serie C. Brusaporto finished sixth last term, five points behind fifth-placed Milan Futuro. The two sides met twice in 2025/26, drawing 1-1 at the Chinetti before the Rossoneri claimed an emphatic 4-0 victory in the reverse fixture.
