The Rossoneri returned to training after their friendly in Kosovo
The Rossoneri returned to training today, Monday 12 August, with the team taking to the pitch at 18:00 CEST at the start of the week which leads to the pre-season's final friendly against Cesena on Saturday 17 August. On the raised pitch behind the changing rooms, the Rossoneri kicked things off with muscle activation work through a series of exercises carried out with the help of obstacles.
Following this, there were technical drills: the players were divided into three groups, after which they focused on passing and controlling the ball. This was done at maximum intensity. Training continued with two teams lining up on a small pitch for the tactical part of the session. With this phase over, the Rossoneri moved to the lower pitch, where they turned their attentions to fitness: Coach Giampaolo had his players do running work and sprints over 100 metres. After this, the team returned to the changing rooms.
TUESDAY 13 AUGUST
Tomorrow, on Tuesday 13 August, a double session is in store for the Rossoneri.
