VOTE FOR YOUR MVP FOR NOVEMBER 2025

Leão, Maignan, Bartesaghi or Pulisic: which Rossonero has been the standout player this month?

Davide Bartesaghi, Rafael Leão, Mike Maignan or Christian Pulisic: who deserves to be named November’s MVP? From Roma to Lazio, both teams from the capital in quick succession. AC Milan’s November began and ended at San Siro, with a narrow win over Gasperini’s Giallorossi on 2 November and another tight victory against Sarri’s Biancocelesti on the 29th. Two one-goal triumphs bookended a month marked by other key results, including the 1–0 Derby win over Inter. The only stumble came in Parma, where the Rossoneri were held to a 2–2 draw.

We’ve shortlisted four standout players who are in the running for the Emirates November MVP. Davide Bartesaghi continues his remarkable rise, starting against Roma, AC Inter and Lazio, impressing every time. The 2005-born full-back consistently demonstrates his composure, focus and growing confidence in the attacking phase. His progress was highlighted by winning MVP in the win over Lazio, where he performed exceptionally from start to finish.

Rafael Leão spent the month both scoring and assisting as he builds into his role as an outright striker: he found the net against Parma and Lazio and teed up Pavlović for the late winner against Roma. With Gimenez injured and Pulisic featuring only against Parma and Inter, Rafa took centre stage throughout the month, consistently decisive, despite not picking up an MVP award in any of November’s four matches.

Mike Maignan delivered a string of outstanding performances, shutting the door time and again: he denied Dybala and Çalhanoğlu from the spot, sealing wins over Roma and AC Inter, and produced further crucial saves to thwart Thuram and Lautaro. He was decisive against Parma, keeping out Hernani’s free kick, and exceptional again at San Siro against Lazio with a reflex save to stop Gila inside the first minute. Present, reactive, decisive: extraordinary, dependable, quintessential Mike.

Finally, Christian Pulisic. He played fewer than 100 minutes in November – a short spell in Parma and 78 minutes against Inter – but still made the difference in the Derby, scoring the decisive tap-in. He now has seven goals this season across Serie A and the Coppa Italia. When he’s on the pitch, you feel his impact.
