Leda Gemmi was born in Milan on 25 May 2006 and joined the Rossoneri youth sector at the age of nine, progressing through the ranks. In 2021/22, she won the Scudetto with the Under-17 side and, two years later, added another title with the Women's Primavera. In the summer of 2024, she was named captain of the Primavera, inheriting the armband from Nadine Sorelli, while also being part of Italy's Under-19 national team. Despite suffering an injury in January 2025, she signed her first professional contract with AC Milan in the spring of 2025 and will join the First Team starting from the 2025/26 season.
